PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE:
This year we faced a big challenge: Feed and entertain 90 people without looking bad and without spending over our meager bank account. It was wonderful the way everyone got together and decorated. In the past I don’t know of any club that did not spend money for this parish wide banquet – until this year! Thank you Mary Hirsch! You and your team did us proud. We ended up better than we started.
I guess you know who my pick for president’s award will be. Mary, I have a small gift for you and a plant for each of the four members who helped you – Jamie LeBlanc, Margaret Bailey and Sunday Hanson.
